Energy Storage Systems (ESS)

As battery technology continues to advance and prices decline, the number of potential customer uses for energy storage is expanding. Similarly, the potential will also increase for “value stacking” that is, having a single energy storage project provide multiple services, generating multiple revenue streams.

SKY utilizes a modular, customizable ESS that allows for maximum design flexibility. In particular, a 1C/hour charge rating allows for a greater power capacity from a physically smaller battery to better accommodate space limitations or remote sites.
